YTHSDigi, Frequently asked questions
Access our services using the chat
If you’re concerned about your health or need help using our services, the easiest way to contact one of our professionals is on the YTHSDigi chat (open Mon–Thu 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Fri 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.).
As appropriate based on our conversation on the chat and the symptom assessment performed, we’ll refer you to:
- video or in-person appointments
- self-care instructions and/or
- questionnaires or forms.
Things you should know:
- The FSHS doesn’t offer emergency services or services during evenings, nights or weekends. If you need urgent care, please contact the emergency clinic in your wellbeing services county.
- In some cases, the FSHS professional talking to you on the chat may suggest switching to a video appointment. This is why it’s best to contact us when and where you’re also able to talk about your health issues out loud.
- Read more about the assessment of your need for care and our contact channels.

Sign in to YTHSDigi well before your appointment is scheduled to start. If you’re using our browser version, open the chat service. One of our professionals will tell you how to join your appointment.
