Student Mental Health Day is celebrated every spring. This year, the day is Wednesday 19 April 2023. This year’s campaign theme is moderation.
This applies to those students who have to log in to FSHS’s Teams, for example members of the student panel and some distance groups.
Remote counselling allows you to discuss issues such as masticatory problems, self-care advice or fear of dental treatment with an oral health professional via a video connection link.
During National Xylitol Week (week 6) the xylitol theme will be visible throughout the FSHS in a variety of ways.
After completing the HealthStart questionnaire, you’ll receive feedback on your state of health and may be referred for health promotion services provided by the FSHS.
