During the spring semester, we organize various groups related to health and well-being both at FSHS service units and online.
There will be groups starting still later in the spring, including one English-speaking StressLess group starting in April.
Groups that support mental health
The groups supporting mental health can be helpful if you are down, everyday life is stressful, or you are experiencing tension or feeling lonely. The groups usually will meet once a week.
