StressLess coaching
We are planning two StressLess coaching groups in English for the spring semester 2025. The StressLess coaching course is designed to teach you to adopt a new attitude to difficult thoughts and to accept and deal with difficult emotions. With the group’s support, you’ll learn how to live life your way. If you are experiencing difficult thoughts, emotions and stress, join our StressLess coaching course.
The groups will meet remotely. The earlier group starts on Wednesday 22 Jan 2025 from 1:15pm to 3:15 pm and the later one on Tuesday 25 Feb 2025 from 1 pm to 3 pm.
The StressLess groups convene 8 times, usually once a week. You can get more detailed schedules from the group leaders, when the groups start.

Depression school
We are planning one Depression school group in English for the spring semester 2025. The group will meet remotely, starting on Wednesday 26 Feb 2025 at 2 pm to 4 pm.
Depression School is a group treatment approach that has been scientifically proved to be effective in mild and moderate depression. Depression School provides peer support, information about depression, and self-care instructions. The work is future-oriented and focuses on skill training.
The meetings are usually arranged once a week and last for two hours at a time. You can get more detailed schedules from the group leaders, when the group starts.
