Influenza vaccinations (2024–2025) start at the FSHS mainly in November. Social and healthcare students in higher education, as well as students belonging to a risk group can receive their influenza vaccinations from the FSHS free of charge.
Vaccination arrangements vary between towns. In many towns, students need to book an individual vaccination appointment. In some places, vaccination events are organized without an appointment. You can now check the instructions of your own town on our website:
If the vaccination takes place at your place of study by appointment, the appointment is booked in the Self online service as follows:
- If you are a social and health care student, you will receive a booking permission in the online service Self during week 43.
- If you belong to risk group, contact the FSHS by completing the appropriate form in the Self online service. You will find the form in Self during week 43.
- If you are going to receive the vaccination at a partner unit, contact the FSHS by completing the appropriate form in the Self online service. You will find the form in Self during week 43.
- If you’re not a social and health care student or don’t belong to a risk group but would like to receive the influenza vaccine, contact the FSHS by completing the appropriate form in the Self online service. Then you can ask for a vaccination appointment and a prescription from the FSHS and purchase the vaccine at your own expense. You will find the form in Self during the week 43.
