FSHS services are available to you even after 1 January 2024 once you have registered to as present for the spring semester in your institution of higher education. Before contacting us, please note that the information regarding your enrollment will be transferred to FSHS from higher education institutions with a delay of approximately 1–3 days.
For example using the Self online service and accessing remote appointments require that you have registered as an attending student and the information regarding the enrollment has been transferred to FSHS. Please try logging in to the Self online service well in advance before the remote appointment. If you are unable to log in, please contact us by phone so that your time can be rescheduled.
Make sure that your contact details are up to date in the Self online service, as the information is not automatically updated from other sources. By holding your contact details updated you will make it smoother to using our services.
Please cancel any appointments reserved for the spring semester if your right to use the FSHS services is ending at the end of the fall semester on 31 December 2023. The appointments are not canceled automatically, and you must manage the cancellation yourself if you want to avoid paying a fee for unattended appointments.
