FSHS serves students in a normal manner on weekdays during the Christmas holidays. Most of our service units are open normally. If necessary, you can book an appointment for the nearest open FSHS service unit or use our remote services.
FSHS’s digital and remote services operate in a normal manner on weekdays. The nationwide telephone services for the need for treatment assessments and service guidance are available Mon-Thurs from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and Fri from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. SelfChat is open on weekdays from Monday to Friday 09.00–11.00.
Exceptions to opening hours
Christmas
All our service units, SelfChat and our nationwide telephone services are closed during Christmas from the 24th to the 26th of December 2022.
The Thirteenth Day Christmas
Our service units, SelfChat and our nationwide telephone services are closed on the 13th Day Christmas which is celebrated on the 6th of January 2023. We will serve again on Monday, 9th January 2023.
Other location-specific exceptions
As a rule, FSHS service points normally serve, with a few exceptions.
FSHS Central
- The service units in Tulli and Hervanta in Tampere are open normally.
- There are no local appointments for general and mental health between the 23rd December 2022 and the 30th December 2022 at FSHS Seinäjoki. There are no no local appointments for oral health between the 23rd December 2022 and the 27th December 2022 and on the day 30st December 2022 at FSHS Seinäjoki. The patient office is closed in week 52.
- There are no local appointments at FSHS Hämeenlinna between the 23rd December 2022 and the 30th December 2022.
FSHS East
- There are no local appointments at FSHS Mikkeli for general and mental health between the 27th December 2022 and the 30st December 2022.
FSHS North
- FSHS North’s service units in Oulu and Rovaniemi are open as usual.
- There are no local appointments at FSHS Kemi between the 23rd December 2022 and the 8th January 2023.
- There are no local appointments at FSHS Kokkola between the 23rd December 2022 and the 1st January 2023.
- There are no local appointments at FSHS Kajaani between the 23rd December 2022 and the 3rd January 2023.
FSHS South
- The service units in Töölö, Malmi and Espoo are open normally (with the exception of the patient office of the Espoo service unit, which is closed in week 52).
- There are no local appointments for general and mental health between the 27th December 2022 and the 5th January 2023 and no local appointments for oral health on the day 27th December at FSHS Lahti.
- There are no local appointments between the 27th December 2022 and the 5th January 2023 at FSHS Kotka.
- There are no local appointments between the 27th December 2022 and the 5th January 2023 at FSHS Kouvola.
- There are no local appointments for general and mental health between the 27th December 2022 and 31th December 2022 at FSHS Lappeenranta. Oral health services serve normally.
FSHS West
- There are no local appointments at FSHS Rauma between the 23rd December 2022 and the 27th December 2022.
- There are no local appointments for oral health between the 27th December 2022 and the 30th December 2022 at FSHS Pori.
- There are no local appointments for oral health between the 27th December 2022 and 28th December 2022.
