Instead of two call-back attempts, the FSHS’s treatment need assessment team will call students back only once. This way our phone service will be able to handle contacts much closer to the time specified by the student.
The FSHS’s phone service is based on call-backs. When students call the FSHS’s nationwide phone line, they will leave a call-back request for us to call them back at the time they prefer. The call will come from either 046 710 1073 (general and mental health services) or 046 710 1085 (oral health services). If there’s no answer, the student can contact the treatment need assessment service again.
